Delete Your Account and Data

Effective: October 26, 2026

Request by email (works for everyone)

Email stackwares+sales@gmail.com with subject "Delete my account" from the address below, and include your in-app user ID (found in the App under Settings > Support) if you can. We delete your account, anonymous profile, synced preferences, and usage history within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Anonymous account and profile
• Synced preferences, history, and generated content stored for you
• Analytics identifiers linked to your account

What we keep

Purchase records required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention, and crash logs already aggregated irreversibly. These contain no content you submitted.

Effect

Deletion is permanent and also cancels access to paid features tied to the account; active Google Play subscriptions must additionally be cancelled in Google Play.
